Can I make a anime/manga somehow without knowing japanese?

Narrow minded people believe that anime o manga is only manga o anime IF its from Japan.
That's pure crap.

There are a couple of manga artists that aren't Japanese...and their work isn't originally printed in Japanese.
tu could make a english one (if that's your language.) and if it was to go public then it would be translated to other languages buy other editing companies....with your approval of course.

no i don't think so but if tu did tu could use translate google.

tu can make the english version then the japanese version but tu cannot make an anime without the japanese version because anime is a japanese animación so is manga (and tu dont have to learn japanese but if u would like to learn más languages that is good so if tu would like to make an anime o manga translate it on google translate o any translation website)
