debate topic 7: What is your opinion on all the religious connotations in D. Gray Man?

There are plenty of these referrals. For example, some thousands of years prior to the storyline, God decides to punish humans for their acts of evil and selfishness... Noah is allowed the Ark and gathers together animales in order to repopulate the Earth. When the Flood is over (because it does happen in this), Noah gives rise to a new people, which become the Noah clan.
And that's just part of the religious connotations in this anime... Interesting, huh?
