Simone has got a better voice in live than Amy.

Amy Lee is 100 times better than Simone.I hate Simone.She sucks at live singing

^ She does not. At least Simone does not whine in every single song that she sings in. She has a beautiful operatic-voice. Amy Lee has some whiny, nasally voice. Simone doesn't try too hard to sing either - Amy does on the other hand.

^^That's completely false. I've heard her sing live myself, and she sounds next to perfect. She hardly even needs to try to sing. You are clearly just making excuses to make Amy look better. :/

Amy Lee whines in most of the songs that she sings?Really?Evanescence has many positive songs too.You just need to shut up because you know nothing about Amy.The reason why Amy Lee''whines'' in most of the songs that she sings is because Amy's little sister Bonnie Lee died in the age of 3 when Amy was just 6 years old.Amy Lee was very depressed after the death of her sister.She wrote many depressing songs about the death of her little sister.You need to do more researches before you insult someone because she sings sad songs.How would you feel if one of you family members would die when you were just 6 years old?How would you feel if you were a singer and dedicated many sad songs to that dead family member and people would make fun of you because you are singing sad songs?
Amy Lee is great in live singing.Amy used to be a little bad in live singing but she improved very much in 2011
Atleast Amy doesn't need to show half of her boobs in live concerts and belly dance in live concerts too look interesting unlike Simone.
Simone used to be very great in live singing but after 2009 she sucked at live singing.She had only a few good live performances after 2009.She thinks too much about wearing sexy outfits,wearing too much make up and curling her hair instead of training her voice.Simone sings with an operatic voice?That made me laugh very much.Simone only used her operatic voice in The Phantom Agony album and The Last Crusade song from Consign To Oblivion after that she sung with an plain mainstream voice.
Epica and Simone suck.It is the truth and you need to deal with it

I didn't say that Simone sucks because Sakkara98 said that Simone is better.I just think that Simone sucks at singing live and that she is really overrated.They are so many awesome metal singers that are actually classical trained singer but they don't get enough credit because everyone thinks that Simone is great even though she isn't.Do you know Heidi Parviainen the lead singer of Amberian Dawn?She is an awesome singer and she actually is a soprano but she doesn't get enough recognition because of overrated singers like Simone.

*shrugs* It's okay. I still don't think she's that bad, I've seen her in other videos and she's amazing. And apparently Simone was sick at Pinkpop, so I blame that for her voice. But I guess we all have our own opinion on these things. And for the record, I love Heidi! (I prefer her over Simone actually.)

We don't care! There are 5,789 Amy's fans in the fan club in the moment I'm writing this! And you know how many fan's are there in Simone's fan club? Only 66!

Her voice is so beautiful

I have heard them both... They both have beautiful voices. Simone's live performances are great, but so are Amy Lee's. Amy Lee's performances during Evanescence's first tour did not sound nearly as great as they do now. As for Simone Simon's live performances, she has also improved a thousand times. Have you heard any of her recent performances? They are amazing. Listen to some of the songs from Epica's newest album, "The Quantum Enigma," and then search for some live performances on the Internet. They sound studio-quality, much like Amy's performances today. I may have voted that Amy is a better singer, but really I think they are about tied. Simone can do operatic vocals! I love them, and they always sound beautiful. Just listen to Simone's and Flour Jansen's version of "Stabat Mater Dolorosa," its beautiful (even if their using their head voices to do an opera piece).

I agree. Simone's vocals are very impressive. I think she sounds even better now than she ever did before. The entire reason that I started to listen to Epica was because I heard her operatic vocals and they are so beautiful!!!

God knows how many live performances of Amy Lee I can link in here that proves Amy is no great singer. her voice gets tired very fast and at high notes it gets ruined. Sometimes she sings so horrible that it hurts people's ears. Rumor has it Ben Moody used to get mad at her for that and Amy even wrote a song about that.
Simone's vocal is Operatic. Her songs are extremely hard to sing. She used to be a mezo soprano and her performances were flawless. Until 2010 her vocals started to go weak. She was just starting to recover that she got pregnant. After giving birth to her baby, she came back stronger than ever and her pinkpop 2014 performance is one of the best lives I have ever seen.
As I said, this is Amy's page. I get it.
