I plan on escritura a letter to President Obama about enforcing the law against animal cruelty and negligence. I know how the letter should look when sent to the White House, and I do have a very clear idea of what happens to each animal in cases of abuse. But I need to know exactly what happens, and por saying this I need research. I can't find any good websites that will tell me what I need to know, can someone please help me?
