well, i think it strongly depends on who tu trust más your best friend o your 2 friends. but as teh situation as it is, tu questioning ur relationship with ur best friend, maybe in corazón tu know something is wrong. then the right thing to do would be just take a step back. reevaluate your relationship. dont disregard her as tu dont know if she actually did it o not. but sort of like get a bigger group of friends. because from what tu dicho tu doubting her is a sign that tu dont fully believe her and therefore trust. i cant really tell tu what to do. but it soley depends on who is más trustworthy to you, your 2 best friends o ur bff.

Yes,it is kind of a tricky situation.You dont know who tu should trust more.Im not sure myself what to do,but try givng her one más chance,then if tu come to know that if your best friend dicho something mean about tu behind your back,I think tu should confront her.
P.S:I suggest that tu get enough proof before confronting her.
